BrickNFT respects your privacy. You can browse market data, use the True-Cost and Rental Yield calculators, and search verified Dubai properties without creating an account or providing personal details.

We collect personal contact information (such as your full name, email, phone number, and purchase intent) solely when you voluntarily submit a property inquiry, request Golden Visa guidance, or submit an intake for partner services.

When you submit a consultation request, your data is processed by Nuvanta Technologies FZCO and securely transferred to our licensed operating brokerage partner (Enesco Real Estate Brokers L.L.C.) to respond to your specific request, arrange viewings, or introduce you to authorized escrow partners.

We strictly forbid the unauthorized commercial redistribution, rental, or sale of user contact lists to third-party telemarketing firms.

Under UAE data privacy laws, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request complete erasure of your lead records from our systems. Inquiries regarding data erasure can be submitted to privacy@bricknft.com.
